Paki Maui is a great oceanfront condominium complex in Honokowai, just northwest of Ka’anapali beach. The Paki Maui is a 4- story ocean front resort with great amenities and is surrounded by lush tropical gardens, Koi ponds, and waterfalls. Just steps from your door, is a large lawn area fronted by a beautiful sand beach and park where you can swim, snorkel, or sit in your chaise loungers and view the majestic islands of Molokai and Lanai with umbrella drink in hand. Paki Maui offers guests a heated pool, hot tub, and gas barbeque area where each evening people gather to take in yet another breathtaking sunset. Visiting November through March will afford you the thrill of whale watching up close. The calm Auau channel is home to a vast array of sea creatures: green sea turtles, tropical fish, dolphins, as well as, the majestic humpback whale who visits to breed each winter.
This freshly remodeled unit is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath on the second floor where you are virtually sitting in a tropical garden with soothing waterfalls. The second floor allows doors to remain open so tropical breezes keep the unit cool, ceiling fans are also provided for additional comfort. There is new walk-in rain shower, fresh linens, well stocked kitchen. There are new washer and dryers on 3 of the 4 floors which are simply operated by scanning your card. Lots of free parking, no resort fees, and a lanai that will take you away in paradise. The new A/C is two split systems in the bedroom and the living room for sleeping.

We keep the condo pretty stocked with the everyday essentials to make your stay a little easier on our guests. We want your vacation to meet all your expectations and more. The Times Market is just 2 blocks down, the Fish Market, Miss Arepa and Okazuya Deli are across the street, next to them is Bad Ass Coffee. We have a great food truck park that you will probably notice as you turn off the highway and it's just across from Times! Dollies (sports pub) is down the street for a local vibe, inexpensive drinks, great pizza. Captain Jack's has just opened, totally remodeled, in the Sands of Kahana (exciting news!) Miso Phat is fabulous sushi, tiny place however and Sanei is up in Kapalua. Seahouse, great for breakfast or dinner and Merriman's are open for the finer dining. Slappy Cakes and Java Jazz (must visit and they have local entertainment) are fun for a local breakfast and don't forget Papi's for the best cinnamon rolls (be ready for a line) on island and Cruzin' Cafe. We have a wonderful array all in walking distance! I just love Mala's and Coco Deck down in Lahaina. Great food and the bar and setting is outstanding, Star Noodle is open and don't forget all the great restaurants in Ka'anaplai. We often walk to Dukes for a great breakfast!

Paki Maui is an older property however it is well maintained, clean, easy to get in and out of and a great value for the price. My friend and I wanted a place to put our heads at night, eat breakfast and drink coffee in the morning, shower, and head to the beaches. Julie’s place met all of this functionality perfectly. There is a new hvac - a/c system which worked perfectly to cool down when we needed it especially when sleeping. There were newer Tommy bahama chairs and an umbrella, a cooler, and all the amenities needed to cook small meals. The bed (king) was super comfortable, we slept great especially with the new a/c. If you’re looking for a place to meet these requirements, this fits the bill. It is not a resort, there is no tiki bar, there is no beach, but if you know Maui you know there is plenty of this to be found. Would stay again. Thanks Julie!

The condo was as described with a well stocked kitchen and lots of extras like beach chairs, an umbrella, etc. We walked to Dukes for supper, walked to the beach and loved that the ABC store was right there for anything we may have been missing. The Jazz bar down the street had an amazing performer one evening when we walked by, so it made for a wonderful stop to enjoy a bevarage and dessert. Mahalo for the stay! We would recommend Julie’s place! 🌴☀️🌺

This was our first time to Maui and we really are glad we picked this part of the island. Host was very responsive. Many food trucks nearby and newer hotels nearby. This place was older, but the price reflected that. We are glad we stayed here.

The location is centrally located and within walking distance of a lot of good stuff! Julie checked in with us and made sure we were comfortable. The chairs, cooler, towels, blanket made beach visits a breeze. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The place was spacious and beautifully clean and well presented, with lovely little touches like the shower products, the beach towels and chairs for us to use and the binder with lots of useful info. Perfectly placed, with many beaches nearby and an amazing food truck park a short walk down the road.
We had the most amazing stay, thank you Julie for letting us stay! Christmas 2025 was the best yet! 🎄💕☀️🐢
